Spin class with Coach Mike.  I swear this guy is a coach of some sorts.  He came to class in a BYU jump suit ready to kick our trash.  When the class started he was hardly on his bike, he was down on the floor encouraging the class.  He asked me if I was biker because of my biking form.  I am told him I am a runner!

This is was the first class of the week that actually felt like I was on my real road bike.

MandP workout.

No work today so I came home and slept.

wow...you sleep too? I thought you just ran all night :) I guess that's why you needed a nap this morning.

Nice work on being a GREAT biker, compliments like that I'm sure don't come often from guys like Coach Mike.

Sleep well, you'll get a good virtual 'brick' in tomorrow (virtual, because you'll have to imagine yourself running!)

RAD, you make me laugh so hard!! LOL. I am ready for our experience tomorrow, it will be umm interesting. If I get annoyed with 'pretend' running, can I just swim laps?

You going aqua-running? HOW FUN!!! It was so neat to see you drive up this afternoon. I was just thinking about how you keep positive with all kinds of workouts!

VERY COOL that Coach Mike compliments you as a biker! Actually he should have said CYCLIST!!!
