2.5 mile warm up

6x400 between 1:35-1:38 200-400 rest between each

People were out doing their PT test so I had to stay in the 4th lane. I started and ended in the wrong place. Some of the laps I didn't even start my watch, I wanted to scream. The first couple were 1:37, 1:38... the last one I finally got the inside lane and I ran 1:30, so I know they were all on pace.

Watched a group of guys do a practice PT. They were huffing and puffing and I passed some of them on my recovery laps. Oh dear.

3 miles with naomi and I thought I was going to DIE

haha this just made me laugh so hard! Great job. I met someone named Naomi today and it made me think of you. :)

Oh Rachelle, you would have died with laughter. I need to go out to the track EVERY morning for this level of entertainment. One guy ran his 1.5 miles and collapsed at the end. What the??? They have to do this 1-2 times a year... pathetic

This brings me back! I once lapped someone 3 times in the PFT...and there are only 6 laps. Makes you wonder how some of these guys ever manage to pass. But hey, as long as your waist measurement is ok...

SlowJoe... hahahahaha. :) are you kidding me? 3x? I'm dying. I hope that person was crying, they deserve to cry. Yeah, the waist measurement is important so they can zip up the flight suit.

I have many a good PT story for you. 7 am entertainment
